These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RepVisit website and the RepVisit field-force management application — available on Android, iOS, and web at repvisit.com — (together, the "Service"), provided by Broadband for technical solutions. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@repvisit.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"), including doctor records, visit notes, ratings, and check-in data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the legal basis to upload any personal data.
GPS check-ins require access to your device's location. You are responsible for granting and revoking this permission via your device settings. RepVisit uses location only as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
We may offer free trials or free tiers. We may modify or discontinue these at any time. Data from free accounts may be subject to storage or feature limits.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by RepVisit and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only in connection with the Service.
We strive to keep the Service available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. RepVisit does not provide medical advice, and the Service is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepVisit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold RepVisit harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RepVisit is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
